Membership activation fees
Membership activation fees fund KYC verification, fraud monitoring, and payout liquidity. Once an account is activated and at least one sponsored task has been completed, activation fees are non-refundable.
Eligible refunds
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of activation, provided no sponsored tasks have been completed and no withdrawals have been initiated.
How to request a refund
Contact support@levidtub.com from the email address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputed transactions
Initiating a chargeback before contacting support will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining reward balance.
